Our future state-of-the-art raw materials distribution center in El Salvador is specially designed to maximize solar-power and clean-energy production.
Operational since summer 2014.
100% of water and steam for dyeing comes from our power-generating units. No extra fuel oil is consumed for any textile purposes.
Energy-efficient solutions, projects and upgrades include lighting system, sensors, power strips, and intelligent programmable electronic thermostats.
Residues from our water treatment plant are used as fertilizers.
We use/sell cotton bales wrap for agricultural purposes; it is used to maintain humidity in trees. After a year, it disintegrates and becomes a fertilizer.
Oil waste from our combing, opening/cleaning and carding processes is reused in yarns that we sell to our sock and towel customers.
